Payment and Billing FAQ:
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Shopify payments, Amazon payments.
- Credit card declined: Double-check if the billing address you provided matches your bank's records. Contact us at cs@shopcopperpenny.com for further assistance.
- Multiple charges: We only charge your card upon receiving an order confirmation. Pending transactions may appear if your credit card was declined, but they will not turn into charges. Always check your billing address before resubmitting the order.
