- Click on an item's image to access its product page. This page contains all the necessary details about the item for your review before making a purchase.
Adding items to your Shopping Bag:
- To purchase an item, add it to your Shopping Bag.
- Select the desired color and size.
- Click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button.
Completing your order:
- After adding an item to your Shopping Bag, you can immediately view your items and proceed to checkout.
- Follow these steps during the checkout process (detailed instructions will be provided in your Shopping Bag):
- Click "Start Checkout."
- Provide Shipping & Billing Information, including the desired shipping address and method. Enter your payment details. Click "Submit Order."
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your successfully submitted order within a few minutes. If you don't find the email, please check your junk or spam folder and contact customer service if needed.
Ordering over the phone:
- Call our customer service at 843-860-7973 from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (ET) to place your order over the phone.
Payment and Billing FAQ:
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Shopify payments, Amazon payments.
- Credit card declined: Double-check if the billing address you provided matches your bank's records. Contact us at cs@shopcopperpenny.com for further assistance.
- Multiple charges: We only charge your card upon receiving an order confirmation. Pending transactions may appear if your credit card was declined, but they will not turn into charges. Always check your billing address before resubmitting the order.

Returns & Exchanges:

- Return Window: You have 10 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Ensure the items are in saleable condition with all tags attached. All returns must be received within 30 days.
- Return Shipping: To request a return label, log in to your account and select the order you wish to return. Once approved, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you, the cost of the label ($10) will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can return items at your expense for a full refund.
- In-store Purchases: Exchanges are available for in-store purchases within 7 days. Store credit is also an option. Certain items may be excluded from the return policy.

- Results vary from location and we cannot estimate the results of a particular franchise.

- Copper Penny first opened its doors in Fall of 1987. Copper Penny began franchising in Fall of 2013.

- How long does it take to open my store?
- The average time is 6 months.
- Who does the buying?
- The corporate buying office has over 80 years of combined buying experience. Therefore, you will want to attend buying market with the corporate team. Corporate will provide you with an individualized OTB (Open to Buy), which is your budget, along with your monthly sales goal.
- How many sales associates do I need?
- This will depend on the size and location of your store. On average you will have 2 people working at a time Sunday through Thursday and on Friday and Saturday the average is 3-5 sales associates on the floor at a time. With the above being said, you will approximately have 2 full time associates (one being a manager) and 4 part time associates.
- How much assistance will I expect to receive from Copper Penny Corporate?
- Copper Penny Corporate is extremely hands on. Prior to opening, we will assist you in everything from site selection, lease negotiation, devising your OTB and monthly sales goals, determine store layout (furnishings, paint colors, light fixtures, etc.) Once your boutique opens, you will be in continuous communication with our buying office. We are here for you 24/7. You will be provided with an operations manual which instructs you on how to do things the Copper Penny way.
- Does Copper Penny offer financing?
- We do not provide financing but there are many options including the SBA (Small Business Association). Copper Penny works with Guidant Financial, which specializes in funding franchise opportunities. Click here to make contact with a lending specialist.
