Finding what you need:
- Browse: Utilize the top tab navigation to narrow down your search.
- Search: Enter a keyword, phrase, or item number in the Search bar. Refine your search results by sorting them based on Sleeve Length, Style, Color, Size, or Price.
- Click on an item's image to access its product page. This page contains all the necessary details about the item for your review before making a purchase.
Adding items to your Shopping Bag:
- To purchase an item, add it to your Shopping Bag.
- Select the desired color and size.
- Click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button.
Completing your order:
- After adding an item to your Shopping Bag, you can immediately view your items and proceed to checkout.
- Follow these steps during the checkout process (detailed instructions will be provided in your Shopping Bag):
- Click "Start Checkout."
- Provide Shipping & Billing Information, including the desired shipping address and method. Enter your payment details. Click "Submit Order."
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your successfully submitted order within a few minutes. If you don't find the email, please check your junk or spam folder and contact customer service if needed.
Ordering over the phone:
- Call our customer service at 843-860-7973 from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (ET) to place your order over the phone.
Payment and Billing FAQ:
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Shopify payments, Amazon payments.
- Credit card declined: Double-check if the billing address you provided matches your bank's records. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
- Multiple charges: We only charge your card upon receiving an order confirmation. Pending transactions may appear if your credit card was declined, but they will not turn into charges. Always check your billing address before resubmitting the order.
- Applying promotional codes to placed orders is not possible retrospectively.
- Certain items may be excluded from special offers.
Shipping: Domestic Shipping options and times:
- Free USPS Ground Shipping $150+: Free, takes 3-5 Business Days.
- USPS Ground Shipping under $150: $10.00, takes 3-5 Business Days.
- 2 Day: $35.00, takes 2 Business Days.
- Next Day: $45.00, takes 1 Business Day.
Returns & Exchanges:

- Return Window: You have 10 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Ensure the items are in saleable condition with all tags attached. All returns must be received within 30 days.
- Return Shipping: To request a return label, log in to your account and select the order you wish to return. Once approved, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you, the cost of the label ($10) will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can return items at your expense for a full refund.
- In-store Purchases: Exchanges are available for in-store purchases within 7 days. Store credit is also an option. Certain items may be excluded from the return policy.
- Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt
